We manage residential rental properties, sell real estate, run a senior home maintenance program, and much more.  We have been managing residential properties since 2008. We are in business to manage your property in the most financially affordable way and mitigate your risk as a landlord.  With offices in Warrenton and Culpeper, we are people that enjoy building strong relationships with our clients, are hands on across the board and take pride in the properties we represent.

We maintain high standards of quality with each and every property we represent. Our standards for presenting the home are superior to the competition and for this reason our homes draw quality tenants and on average rent more quickly, typically within 15 - 30 days. We care about the properties we manage as if they were our own. We believe well-maintained properties are critical because our properties are not just rentals, they are someone’s home! We are also always very conscientious of our clients’ expenses and we work with contractors that provide quality work at a fair price. Our goal is to retain tenants long-term to avoid high turnover costs to the owner. Because we maintain and address repairs quickly, our average tenancy period is three years.

VHS makes it easy. Karen and team have methods and systems in place to ensure your property is well looked after, and they seem to have a knack for finding quality tenants. I managed two rentals on my own for a while, and finding good tenants was very difficult.
