6 Landlord Responsibilities

As part of our partnership, landlords are responsible for maintaining a minimum account balance of $500 to cover maintenance and repair expenses, and for promptly providing additional funds when a deficit occurs. Additionally, landlords are expected to manage and pay specific financial obligations related to the property, including mortgage payments, HOA dues, insurance (including landlord insurance), and property taxes. These responsibilities help ensure seamless operations and uninterrupted care of your investment.
