As the property owner, your role is simple: maintain a $500 reserve for maintenance and repairs, and ensure funds are available for your mortgage, HOA dues, insurance, and property taxes. VHS Property Management handles everything else—tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations—so you can enjoy the benefits of owning rental property without the stress.
