We specialize in property management and we have designed our Agent Referral program to give the same level of care and attention that you would give to your clients. We focus on having a full service property management solution that takes care of the property start to finish. Should your client choose to work with us, we'll set up your client with expert property management. When we have a qualified tenant selected, and they move in, we pay you a generous referral fee to you—it’s that simple. How We Support You

  1. If you are currently and would like to remain the rental listing agent for the property, that’s OK. We work behind the scenes with you to ensure a smooth transaction. We will pay you a referral fee for the management of the property.

  2. If you would like us to handle the leasing, that’s OK too.  We will pay you a referral fee for the listing and the managing of the property.

  3. Once you know your owner would like their property managed you will notify us so that we can contact the owner to discuss our services and have them sign a Property Management Agreement.

  4. We will visit the property to assess and then help complete any recommended work to present a quality VHS Property Management managed home to prospective tenants.

  5. If the tenant decides to renew their lease, VHS Property Management will handle the paperwork

  6. If you are the listing agent and the owner decides to lease the property again we will contact you to discuss a marketing timeline. Should the owner indicate a desire to sell the property, we will ensure the two of you get in contact with each other to discuss it further.
