For real estate agents in Culpeper, Warrenton, and the surrounding Greater Piedmont areas, this program offers a worry-free way to help clients who need property management—without distracting you from sales. During slower markets or when owners are keeping properties, we step in so your clients receive reliable, expert care. And you get rewarded for making the introduction.
- Refer your client. You can choose whether you stay involved (as the rental listing agent) or hand off leasing & management responsibilities to us.
- We assess and prepare. We’ll inspect the property, recommend any needed work, and present it in top condition for tenants.
- Tenant selection & move‑in. Once we find a qualified tenant and complete move‑in under our property management agreement, we’ll issue your referral fee.
- Lease renewals & future conversations. We handle all renewal paperwork. If at any time the owner decides to sell, we’ll make sure you are involved and get the opportunity to do what you do best.
